Ink Formulation for Bioprinting
Description:
In this workshop we will explore the evolving field of bioink formulation. Structured around expert presentations, case studies, and group discussions, the session aims to provide a basic understanding of bioink from formulation to application. The main challenges, from printability and crosslinking to cell viability and functional integration will be presented and discussed.
This workshop aims to promote interdisciplinary exchanges. Participants will be encouraged to share challenges, strategies, and insights from their experience. The aim is to identify solutions to present problems and future opportunities. It's ideal for both newcomers and practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of this critical enabler of biofabrication.
Objectives:
No prior expertise in bioink formulation is required. Engineers and Scientists with a broad interest in bioinks and printing / ink processing technologies.
